I purchased a Jetta J3X from in summer of 2016. Immediately after it was installed I realized the tubs jets were not blowing consistently from the bottom jets and the sides. After the tub had been installed I reached out to the company in charge of the remodel. They in turn reached out to Jetta who sent over a technician who said it could be the wiring. I had two different electricians come out and they both came to the conclusion it was wired properly, but nothing was done to fix the problem. I kept on my the remodeling company about this problem, because I knew no one wanted to be responsible for this issue. After another 1 1/2 years Jetta finally sent over another technician. Long story short it was a design issue with the tub and Jetta said they would warranty the tub. They said they would give me a new tub (which they should have anyway due to the product not working properly) and honor the rip out and install of the new tub. All I had to do was get them a reasonable invoice. Well the invoice to tear out and reinstall was roughly $2500. (I got two estimates that were relatively the same) Jetta said they would give me $500. I explained to they all the things that had be be done just to get the tub out and they then said they would give $1000 and that was and with this response:
