Just had Brown's install central air, the workers were professional, experience in the equipment and operation plus knew my type of house (tight attic) and cleaned up at the end of day. I will now have them take care of all our Heating and A/C needs. Definitely recommend them!

The guys that came out were very professional and polite. They took their time to find the problem. Which for me ended up being something of an easy fix. The cost was very acceptable. Would highly recommend.

I tried to fix a toilet myself and I failed miserably. In the process I found that the water main shut off to my house was not operating properly as well as the shut off for the toilet. I called Brown's on a Sunday night and told them it was not an emergency but I would like someone to come out the next day. Lisa called me back at 9 pm and set me up with an appointment for the next day. Brian came and fixed every issue.

He gave me some pointers on what to look out for and what to do in the future. Chris also came and started up my heating. They were both knowledgeable and polite and went above and beyond. This was also during road work at my house which made it difficult to access. Brown's has excellent customer service and I must say that all three employees have been with the company over the years I have been using them. Brian came two years ago to fix a mess when the washing machine delivery guys would not connect my washing machine. He even helped redirect the dryer vent and made sure I was able to turn off water to the machine. I can't say enough good things about this company.
