Zimmer Metal Sales offers high quality products & workmanship at a fair price done in a timely manner! The service we offer which sets us apart from the competition is our Rollformer. We purchase Grade A 29 Gauge steel from domestic steel mills in the form of painted coil. We keep a close eye on quality; ensuring proper tensile strength, weight, and general overall product satisfaction. We load each coil onto our uncoiler before it is cut to your exact panel length, then fed into our MRS Rollformer die system, where each sheet is formed into our "Tuff Rib" panel found on many buildings and houses as siding and roofing.

Using our new, state-of-the-art SB Series Variobend Single Bender Brake Press, we custom manufacture each piece of trim to fit your specifications. Each piece of trim is made using our grade 50 coilstock, which is a softer steel, allowing for proper paint adhesion on trim bends. Whether re-finishing an existing building, or using our trims in partnership with new construction, we can bend the trim to meet your needs. We carry a full line of products to accompany all your roofing, siding, and post frame needs.
