We carry, install and service Bradford, Rheem, and State for Commercial and Residential water heaters. Bradford and Rheem are rated one of the top Hot Water Heaters around, caring a 6 year manufacturer's warranty on the tank and our 1 year warranty on labor. All the prices are listed below! Tax, installing and removing old heater (to curb) is included! Any other plumbing work will be an additional cost. We are proud to offer Mercier wood flooring. Their product is sustainable for the environment, has zero VOC's, and is hypoallergenic. With many wood species, rich colors, and beautiful eco-friendly finishes, Mercier wood floors offer thousands of possibilities for your individual style. Naturelle floors are a luxury vinyl tile and plank. This flooring is 100% recyclable and can be reconstituted into more flooring at the end of its life, meaning less waste and a better future for the environment.

We currently offer a continued education course for licensed plumbers within the State of Illinois.

Our cabinets are not available in any big box store. We are one of the few dealers in the Chicagoland area who sell Kemper, Echo, Dynasty, and Omega cabinetry. We offer unlimited door styles, paints, stains, and accessories for kitchen, bath and office cabinets. Kemper Echo is our base line of cabinets, providing just enough for an elegant renovation. Kemper Echo cabinets start you out with particle board construction and 3/4 extension guides. There are just enough door styles, paint choices and stains to receive exactly what you are looking for.

We are CRMI - Certified Residential Mold Inspectors. We recommend a mold inspection if your home has seen any water damage, mold growth, or an odor from an area that's retained water damage. If you're purchasing a new home, a mold inspection will ensure the current homeowners or insurance companies take care of the costs. We also try to have as many American-made products as we can. We will never install a product in your home or business that's not 100% approved by us!
