At Village Siding & Windows we believe that any type of estimate should be more than a piece of paper and a price. From a simple repair to a new project we want you to understand as much as possible. That's why we've created easy to read documents that explain in simple terms some of the basic building fundamentals we follow. We also include a list of step by step procedures pertaining to the work along with a menu of product options including costs which allows you to pick and choose based on design and budget.

We started installing replacement windows and siding in 1997. We are properly licensed and insured and take pride in our work. Every customer is treated with respect and every home treated as if it were our own. Jeff Hager, the owner, will work with you through every step of the project and at no time will you feel pressured to make an unwanted decision. We want you to get to know us. That's why we don't use subcontractors. Our crews are dedicated employees of the company and strive to exceed expectations.

Why is it that we buy a brand new car and then routinely take it in for an oil change or a tune-up? Or purchase a new computer and then pay for upgrades and features to automatically download in order for them to perform better? The answers easy; we know if we don't take care of it, then it won't work. But what about our homes? Why is it all too often that low maintenance, gets no maintenance. Well for starters, you can't drop your gutters off at the corner to get cleaned while you run a few errands.

If you've been thinking about replacing your windows or doors, how will you decide which ones to buy when there are so many to choose from? Will the product that fits your needs today, still perform years down the road? As you start weeding out companies in your search for that ideal window, some things you should compare are frame and sash construction, thermal performance, available options, and warranty length and coverage. Not all vinyl windows are created equal. Some companies strive the meet the minimum requirements while others strive to exceed them.

A good gutter system sheds water away from your home. It aids in protecting your landscape, keeping water from turning into ice over sidewalks and driveways, and in keeping your basement dry. A poor gutter system can have far worse consequences than no gutters at all. A clogged gutter can cause water to back up and enter the home through the roof system. When this happens, water can travel along the tops of walls until it finds a place to drain. Usually this is noticeable by water or stains in the corners where walls and ceilings meet.

Vinyl Siding is the perfect choice for homeowners looking to upgrade to a more beautiful, low maintenance home exterior at an affordable price. Because of its growth in product offerings, vinyl has become the leader in exterior cladding. It's not just gray or tan in 2 styles anymore. Manufacturers now boast multiple designs that duplicate everything from Cedar Shake to Board and Batten and panels that mimic brick and stone. You can choose these panels in an array of colors and textures; from deep blues and barnyard reds to cedar blends and earth tones.
