Frazer Building Company has been proudly family owned and operated since 2003. Our office is based in the beautiful city of Marysville, Michigan. Our Custom Home Builders provide service to most of Southeast Michigan into the thumb region. Although most of our clients are located in the St Clair and Northern Macomb County areas, our Home Contractors do not limit themselves to any particular locale. Our building team consists of highly qualified tradesmen who possess the knowledge to handle the complexities of building your home in todays technological, and energy conserving times.

Frazer Building Company is pleased to offer affordable home design services by our own in-house Interior Designer, Katie Frazer. Katie holds a Bachelors degree majoring in Interior Design with a minor in Architecture. Our Home Building and Home Renovation Services include; CAD design, New Home Blueprints, Custom Home Remodel Designs, Custom Kitchen and Bath Designs, Space Planning and Home Decor. She also has an extensive knowledge of wood, tile and carpet products and installation. From small scale home remodeling to large home renovations, your home is your heaven and Katie will work with you from concept to completion to insure that your dream project becomes reality.
