Outstanding! Crew arrived with friendly comfortable demeanor. We talked-about job, which he verified all aspects of job. The team measured, drew up map for placement. Anytime a question came up. He addressed me with great follow up before moving forward. Team worked separately, and together between floors. All work was verified with his explanationed. Thank you. I had a blocked drain and standpipe in my basement. The plumbing technician, Josh, was very courteous and professional. He arrived on time and promptly began working. Before starting, Josh explained the process and described everything in a way that was easy for me to understand.
He cleared the pipe and then cleaned up the work area nicely. Josh also assisted me in scheduling a follow-up visit at no cost, where Apollo will return to inspect the pipe and ensure it is clear. I would highly recommend Apollo, as their technicians are consistently excellent.

I had a great experience with Apollo Home thanks to technician Trey Kalb. He was professional, committed, and clearly focused on delivering excellent customer service. From start to finish, Trey kept me informed with timely updates about his arrival, which I really appreciated. Once on site, he took great care while working in my homerespectful of the space and very thorough in his work.

My assigned technician for the new electrical installation was very professional. We had a conversation about various topics, and he showed affection to my dogs, who in turn enjoyed meeting him. The completed work appears to be of high quality. The total cost of the project was not as high as I had anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise.
