They completed roofing and guttering on my house, were on site when they said they would be there and finished in a timely manner. All employees were friendly and when they were complete they cleaned up and left no mess. They did mess up a piece of the driveway, when contacted took the responsibility for the damage and came back out and fixed it. Would recommend them for any job.

The gentleman I spoke with named Jordan was very polite and helpful. The job was completed timely, however, the crew was messy and careless. They allowed their trash to blow in our neighbors yards (We had to collect their trash from 3 yards). We had to use a roller magnet to collect nails, staples and razor blades from our driveway both days they were there. Our satellite dish was not replaced properly. Debris from removing the roof shingles went down the vent that connected to our plumbing and caused major backup in our house. There is no contact with anyone once the job starts unless they are asking for money. I was called by Jordan on the last day to say the job would be completed. I was never asked if I was satisfied, never contacted by anyone after the fact (except an email with a bill the day they finished). I did express my concerns with Alicia (answered the phone when I called).
I’m not sure I would recommend them.

The professionals of Metro East Roofing did excellent work on my roof and gutters. The work and customer service was top notch. They are a Collinsville family owned business and have years of experience. They showed a strong work ethic, probably in part taught to them by their grade school teachers. A+. Even the
office management ladies were professional and friendly.

Metro East Guttering did a great job on my house. I had new gutters, fascia and soffit installed.They went above and beyond and even fixed a few things I had not noticed. Thanks for a great service, I definitely will recommend and have them do work for me in the future.
