In 1972, Michael Glading, the Owner of Accurate Builders entered the construction trade in Colorado as a remodeling carpenter. Over the course of the past 40 years, he gained valuable experience and skills as he grew his business. Accurate Builders was formed in Poulsbo, Washington in 1994. Today, Michael works with a select group of professional designers, project managers and carpenters, as well as various trade professionals and suppliers to provide the highest-quality remodeling services in Kitsap County.
The design / build process is a systematic, all-in-one approach that can have many advantages to the residential remodeling customer over the conventional approach of having separate companies provide design and construction services. Communication is simpler, the possibility of misinterpretation is eliminated when the same company is responsible for design and construction, and, best of all, the design / build process is quicker and less costly. The professionals at Accurate Builders have refined the design / build process to ensure that every step leads to a positive and rewarding remodeling experience.
Accurate Builders recieved two more Remodeling Excellence Awards from the Kitsap Building Association to add to its collection last Wednesday. The first is for a Whole House Remodel over $300,000.00, and the second is for a Bathroom Remodel over $30,000.00.
The third Award is for the Specialty Room Category. This was a Laundry Room that was difficult for the owners to use, as it was hard for them to reach the upper part of the stacked washer and dryer, had no space for folding clothes, and no storage shelves. This was our solution.
Accurate Builders has received three more Remodeling Excellence Awards from the Home Builders Association of Kitsap County for 2014. We are very proud of these awards, so we thought we'd share them with you. Most of the photos of these projects are posted with before and after shots from similar.
