Over the past two years, I've used Big A's Garage Door on three separate occasions: Twice for emergency repair work and the other to install a new electric garage door opener. They are one of the best contractors I've had the pleasure of dealing with - very professional and fair in the rate they charged. In each instance, promptly returned my call and arrived when they say they would (which was in a short period of time). They took the time to explain what the problem was and offered different ways of solving the problem. The one they recommended was actually a lower cost alternative than trying to up sell me and it worked extremely well. I highly recommend them and, while I hope I don't require their service anytime soon, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if necessary.
