Home Builders Association Tri Cities

The Home Builders Association of Tri-Cities exists so that members of the residential construction industry and related businesses can conduct their businesses efficiently and ethically to provide our community with reliable and affordable homes. To work towards achieving this mission, the HBA staff will monitor government affairs concerning land use, the environment, affordable housing and building codes and promoting balance policies that accommodate responsible free-market demand and consumer choice.

New homes, complete with beautiful kitchens, provide a feast for the eyes while some of the area's best chefs tickle your taste buds with a sample of their signature dishes. During Chefs on Parade™, you'll get to chat with the home builders and find out firsthand what makes their homes unique. Then you'll meet the Chefs to learn about their fabulous cuisine before tasting it for yourself. Attendees who visit all the homes can vote for their favorite Chef to be named Peoples Favorite Chef on Parade.
