PPM Ins does five stars from me. They employ the most skilled, competent, and trustworthy employees. I so appreciated Collin coming out late on a Friday night to fix the flood in my basement. His knowledge impressed me. Thank you to Marilyn for answering the phone and dispatching a plumber in my hour of need. These days there are few companies that will answer an emergency call when it is most inconvenient. So grateful for PPM. I would recommend them to anyone. These guys went above and beyond to help us out and even worked until way after hours to make sure the job was finished! As with most plumbing, we had an emergency and parley's responded and sent someone out same day. Of the two plumbers we talked to, Parley's was cheaper, knowledgeable, happy to teach and educate about options for hot water heaters. Also, for a generous tip, they did our job starting at 4pm and worked until 11pm.
