Called Mike this morning to talk over a frozen pipe- he was extremely polite and totally willing to offer up totally free advice on how to go about fixing it without needing to send anyone over. His advice directly fixed the issue (and luckily nothing burst when it thawed) so I didn't actually need anyone to come out, but you can bet Mike will be the first person I call when I do!
