I seldom take the time to write a review, but this company warrants one. We constructed a custom home in Spicewood and compared various garage door companies, ultimately choosing Browns due to a specific style we desired within our budget. Browns not only delivered and installed exactly what we wanted on time, but their customer relations are exceptional.
Their service was notable, as we scheduled meetings and Mike consistently called to confirm beforehand, arriving punctually each time. We opted for the wall mount door opener over the ceiling mount, and Mike personally visited our home to help us download apps on our phone that work in conjunction with the garage doors. He is hands-on and provides a personal touch to ensure client satisfaction. I would recommend Browns Garage Doors to anyone seeking new doors or service, as they are good, honest people who fulfill their commitments.

I had an issue with one of 2 previously installed garage doors (wasn't level) and needed 2 motors installed as well. They were clear that availablility to do the job (property in Dripping Springs) was the only issue. They called back as promised, scheduled as promised and showed up as promised. Well worth the wait. Did a fantastic job, kept my property clean, were willing to work with openers not familiar to them and the price was below what they initially estimated. Reliable. Professional. Fair. Highly recommend.
