Had them install an modern glass double door and the install went great. they did have to come back after a few months to adjust door since it is a heavy door but that was expected and now door is awesome so quiet and beautiful. I have recommended them to my family and friends they did a great job there also. If you ever have an issue with your door this company takes care of you even after they get paid they are very professional and friendly. This is a company that knows their industry very well. If you want basic no problem, you custom or specific brand sure thing. My doors came from a different state and was not a problem. If you have a garage door need. You need to call them. If you are wondering about any other bad reviews don't. Seriously don't worry. Some guys say they have been doing business for 30 yrs but wrong doesn't mean anything. This company has been doing business the correct way for a long time. If you are reading this just call them and get a quote. No harm in that!You won't regret it. Oh ps I have no ties to this company they are just local to me .

Had a great experience, Pete came out himself and did the job right the first time! Was done in 30 minutes was very prompt and courteous. I thought one of the casting broke but it was actually my wire on the side that broke, Pete replaced it quickly. Great company and wonderful experience. Roll up door spring broke. Since there was a sticker on the opener for Total Access Door Systems, I figured they installed or at least serviced the door before, as we inherited it when we moved in.
I sometimes use HomeAdvisor, but still no guarantee you get someone good, so I called the number on the sticker, and left a message.
Pete called, quoted a fair price and so I arranged for him to come out that afternoon.
Pete showed up, had parts on the truck and shortly had replaced both springs and tuned and lubed the door so I could get the wife's car back in.
No nonsense, fair, friendly, quick, and knowledgeable are terms that come to mind. Just as I expect a great company to perform.

Pete came to my house on time , diagnosed problem, attempted repair on my opener that was only 6 months old, thought my springs were shot.. however that was not the case, he oil & lubed & replaced rollers, however the opener cont. to have issues. He suggested returning my genie to depot , & recommended the lift master, I agreed
He returned two days later, put in new opener.
He was professional, kind & got it done in timely fashion .
Couldn't be more pleased with this company
