I had to have an emergency plumbing fix on Easter. The Plumbing Doctor was awesome & especially liked Dr. Cody. He did a fantastic job and was so, nice, neat, and fix my issue quickly! I recommend them highly!

Received excellent service from technician David. He was friendly, considerate (wore booties), and knowledgeable. He did a good job fixing my issue and answered all my questions. He also identified a good future improvement for our system without it feeling like upselling and I appreciated getting this better understanding of our funky townhouse plumbing system and the weak points. The only thing I didn't love was the company's pricing structure.
It was overwhelming to get 5 tiers of solution packages for a straightforward problem. Made me feel bad to go with lowest option, especially because it was called "band aid" -- even though it totally fixed my problem and btw still felt kinda pricey. "Band aid" sounds very temporary & slapped together, doesn't reflect the service I wanted & received.

Dr. Toney did a great job on our kitchen sink, which had been having issues with sewer odors for a few months. Not only did he fix the problem, but he was also able to help us with a couple of other plumbing projects while there. We have used The Plumbing Doctor many times over the course of twenty years and have always been pleased with both their service and their fees. I would highly recommend them.
