Canvasworks, Inc. was originally founded in 1983, specializing in marine canvas, interior cushion work, and exterior tops and covers. Though, we still do some marine canvas work our focus has changed to all types of awnings, including custom awnings, deck & patio awnings, retractable awnings, entryway awnings, window awnings, specialized awnings with graphics, enclosures, solar and bug screens, storm & hurricane shutters and some custom fabrication of seat coverings. We are a family owned local company employing some of the most talented hard-working individuals.

We build a wide array of custom awnings, from loose frame window awnings and welded window awnings to entrance canopies featuring graphics, full deck enclosures for homes and businesses, and rounded Bullnose style awnings to protect entryways. In addition to our custom work, we sell many out-of-the-box awnings that we can install as-is, or specially customize to your needs. We also produce commercial awnings with graphics designed in-house to perfectly meet the needs of your business. We are proud to design, fabricate, and install custom awnings that are not only beautiful, but highly functional.
We design, pattern, fabricate and install beautiful marine cushions, restaurant seating and home deck cushions. You can be assured, we use excellent open cell foams, closed cell flotation foams, wet and dry foams and many times a combination of different foams for a certain cushion feel. At Canvasworks Inc., Inc we have done a number of interior bench upholstery and loose cushion jobs for local restaurants. For this we use an industrial faux leather material which comes in many beautiful colors and has a very high rub count, which means it has been tested for a great number of patrons sliding on and off this seating and we use the very best of foams for all of your cushions.
