I had ongoing problems with my Rinnai tankless water heater which had been serviced unsuccessfully after 7 service calls over a 4 month period by another major plumbing company. After a recommendation from Rinnai, Horizon came out and fixed it on the first call. I highly recommend them, very knowledgeable.
