Save the Sound is a nonprofit organization that takes on broad, significant environmental issues and creates lasting change that protects land, air, and water of Connecticut and the whole Sound region. Our core strengths include policy development and advocacy, coalition-building, and litigation, as well as direct, on-the-ground habitat restoration and volunteer efforts. Drawing on over 40 years of experience in public outreach, we inspire citizens to action and build diverse coalitions to lay the groundwork for legal and legislative advocacy that gets results.
