Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I will go out if my way to not give them any business.
I took both the basic and intermediate diesel engines courses this winter, and I highly recommend both. The engine went from the mystery under the stairs to a system I understand and can confidently perform routine maintenance on. Steve and Scott were thorough, encouraged questions and yet made sure we covered all the material. The practical, hands-on experience in the intermediate course was great, and I picked up so many little easy fixes that will save me a lot of money in the long run.

Keith knew immediately what I needed based on the types of sailing I was doing, never pressured me to buy a specific item and even offered to go to a lower price point for comparison.
