Bithenergy is seasoned in the renewable energy field having installed, serviced and maintained over 20 solar energy systems in Maryland, Virginia, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania amounting to more than 33 MW of solar energy. Bithenergy has developed what we call Hybrid Renewable Energy Systems (HRES), combining solar panels, solar hot water and a wind turbine in one solution.

Completed in 2017, Sandy Point State Park, received a series of upgrades and additions that will help reduce energy consumption by an estimated 45 percent. Following completion, Sandy Point is the first state park to host alternative energy projects of this size and scale. Projects include the addition of rooftop mounted solar panels to two buildings and four picnic pavilions, the addition of solar thermal technology to the park's public bathhouses, energy efficient lighting to included LED Lights, and the replacement of all restroom hand dryers to more efficient models.
