My family and I loved the zoo. It took us 3.5 hours to complete everything. Wear some comfortable shoes because it's a lot of walking up and down hills. Bring your own food and drink, water starts off at $3.25 a bottle. If your pregnant it's good exercise. I also would recommend you use insect repellent, sun screen, and a hat. It's a place I would visit again
Wow! What a Zoo! The exhibits for the animals are so nice. Definitely not a concrete jungle. The animals have "natural" looking habitats at this zoo. The prices are decent and the food is also very good. Wear good shoes! It is a lot of walking, but it is so worth it. Go early enough to enjoy the whole zoo! It's huge! Can't wait to go again to see the things we missed!
We had a wonderful day here! The animals were great! The workers and volunteers were helpful and friendly! As someone who has a gluten allergy, I was worried about eating throughout the day, but I was pleasantly surprised! I had a great grit bowl in the morning, and a burger with gluten free bun at lunch! Definitely not something I was expecting. Thank you for an awesome experience! It was a Saturday well spent.
