Had my air conditioner and furnace replaced today with 8 inches of snow in the backyard where my air conditioner is located. The temp outside about 20 degrees. Chris first came to my house giving me a full description of the different units which I understood. Rob and Cory came 2 days later to install both units. All 3 polite professional are all full of knowledge and left my home the way they found it clean. Rob explained the thermostat to me as well. If I could give more than 5 stars it would be 10!!!

If you are in need of quality affordable furnace and ac work then look no further. AWE is great. All technicians are professional and knowledgeable. Even during Covid you feel safe as they wear a mask and keep their distance. They also wear booties to protect your flooring. We bought our home with a 25year old furnace and ac so we knew we would need new ones soon. Stacy took the time to explain the different units, what works well together, and also what we really needed for the size of our home. I highly recommend Awe for both repairs and new appliances, as we have used them for both. Satisfied costumer %
