Greentek Energy Systems is an LED manufacturer headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. The company was founded in 2011 with the concept of bringing energy efficient products to the United States market. During a rough economy, the idea was to bring in products which could help save local businesses money without spending much more for current product solutions. Through multiple energy saving channels, Greentek found its niche in the LED industry and now provides LED lighting solutions across the nation.

Been waiting on a replacement bulb that was DOA since Jan 2018. Customer service is non existent.

Let me start by saying this company has changed my life. The way the lights illuminate my house are incredible. For years and years I've searched for natural, pure, clean lighting for my house to no avail. And then the glorious day came when I stumbled across Greentek. Man, I'll never buy another light bulb from anywhere else. Great light, warm and easy on the eyes, a real dream in all honesty. The people who work there are friendly, pleasant, and never get salty. They have a great retail price, and I didn't at all feel risky buying from them. These lights are perfect. Check them out!

I ordered 250 4ft led light bulbs rated for 277 volts for a large office building. Thankfully I only ordered a portion of what was needed. I installed some of the bulbs direct wire and they were all blowing as soon as power was supplied. Come to find out it is because the voltage is over 277 volts. Bulbs were blowing at 278 volts. All manufacturers build there products knowing that the voltage can and will be plus or minus the rated voltage except Greentek. I called the support line and received an email from Joseph Sado stating the voltage was over 277 therefore he was not going to to anything for me. Very poor customer service. To me it is false advertisement when they show a rating of 277 volts and it wont hold up to 278 volts knowing voltage fluctuates. I will not be ordering any of these poor quality products anymore.
