For more than 40 years, EIP Manufacturing LLC has been designing and fabricating steel products for commercial structural and agricultural industries across the country. Our manufacturing facility is well equipped to support custom metal fabrication requirements with a wide range of shears, saws, coil lines, presses up to 500 Tons, plasma precision cutting, benders, powder coating and galvanizing. Our AutoCAD drafting and design services offer conceptual 3D prototyping and the ability to convert a 3D model directly to production drawings.
At EIP Manufacturing LLC we provide quality powder coating for agricultural and industrial applications. We also offer a variety of options for coating products and strive to exceed our customer expectations. EIP's state of the art conveyor powder paint system all starts with the top of the line Wheelabrator 8-wheel shot blaster using S280 grit shot. This provides proper etching and cleaning of product resulting in excellent adhesion of paint. In addition to shot blasting we have a 4-stage wash bay metal cleaning system with a phosphate sealer and a fresh water rinse.
