Their service sucks. I live in lyon County and the power goes out on a normal basis even if the sun is shining and then decides to let 15 rain drops hit a power line or a bird farts on the power line and it all goes out several times. However we could have severe thunder storms and Tornado warnings and the lights won't even flicker. Their service is not worth the money and I am highly disappointed.
