Thank you Ernie's plumbing Gilroy! This past Christmas Eve (Sat.) at 5:30 p.m. I had an EMERGENCY.I had a bathtub issue that required WATER TO HOUSE OFF! I was panicky.the next day I was having 29 people over for dinner! I googled plumbing cos who ALL CLAIMED 24 hr EMERGENCY SERVICE!.The first 3 all had recorders saying they would be back open on Mon.!.the 4th answered and said "sorry, we just did our last call!" (so much for 24 hr emergency service). As I started to hyperventilate.my daughter told me to "call this no. right now!". It was a small caption that indicated ERNIE'S EMERGENCY CONTACT number (Ernie's regular contact on top said "closed today" so I was confused). MUCH TO MY SURPRISE AND RELIEF.A HUMAN ANSWERED AND TOOK MY INFO.DISPATC HED ME OVER TO A PLUMBER (Ernie's son) WHO TOLD ME HE WOULD BE THERE AT 7:00!.My HERO showed up exactly at 7:00 (with a wonderful attitude) FIXED MY PROBLEM IN 15 MIN. AND I WAS STUNNED AT THE REASONABLE PRICE ON CHRISTMAS EVE! Ernie's Plumbing is MY HERO and I will never forget them.they kept their word."emergency service.24 hrs."
