While the electricity delivered to your home includes increasing amounts of renewable energy, our GreenSource program gives you options to do even more. By purchasing Wind and Solar RECs, you further help reduce dependency on non-renewable energy sources, like fossil fuels. MVEC's Green Source program gives individual members the option of purchasing renewable energy through Renewable Energy Certificates. With renewable energy certificates, or RECs, electricity is not produced locally; renewable energy development is promoted indirectly.

MVEC's key account team can help your commercial, industrial or agricultural business succeed by increasing energy efficiency, choosing rate saving options and optimizing the power use within your facility. Do you suspect your equipment is giving off excessive heat? Using specialized infrared cameras, we can detect and provide solutions to minimize damage and increase the life expectancy of the electrical systems in your facility. Ultrasonic scanning technology can detect potential failures in wiring and buss bar connections, switchgear, transformers and circuit breakers.

MVEC offers environmentally-friendly and economically-sound electric products and solutions to meet the comfortable lifestyle needs of the clients you serve. Together we can satisfy your customers by building strong relationships and quality electric homes.
