I have used blue dot for years along with my mother and sister. This time has changed how I think of them. They did not clean up the muddy shitty mess on my basement floor. It was a pile of shitty mud by my sump hole and then smeared across the floor to the other wall. Then expected me to clean it up. I did ask them to clean it up but they was going to charge me more to come back and do it. They did not leave my house or treat my house as their own. Which is stated on there website. Plus they didn't fix the problem with my sewer. Never again will I call them or refer a customer to them.

With the well below our normal temps we are backed up with calls ( as I am sure every other HVAC and plumbing company is as well) We are working as quickly as possible to restore your heat and get your frozen pipes thawed. If you have frozen pipes open your cabinet doors under the sinks, turn on the faucets. If you have a high efficient furnace (PVC Flus) and you see ice forming on the flu outside please knock all the ice off and clear any build up around. Change your filter if.
It is cold BRRRR! Please be sure to check your PVC flus for ice, if present or if anything is built up around please clear it. Also check that your filters are clean. Depending on age of home you may want to open cabinet doors under sinks for the next few days.
If you have a high efficiency furnace please check your PVC Flu for ice or build up around, if you find it clear it. Also a good time to replace filters and batteries. If you have a Heat Pump be sure it is free of debris as well. Also if you have Mitsubishi or any brand of ductless mini splits be sure and wash the washable filters.
