Charged $300 to fix the problem in a way that I was sure would fail. Now it has failed a couple of months later and I asked them to fix it, happy to pay.

Have unfortunate service by this company. No service done, while claimed that heated was repaired and hot water was restored. Result: company claims that all is done, but no water, just we - dirty, sweaty and frustrated. Will contact BBB to change their rating to real one.
