I am beyond satisfied with this company. I have had several issues this past month and have been calling around the city getting quotes. Every business I called couldn't answer any of my questions, weren't knowledgeable at all and were downright rude acting as if I was wasting their time. I called Pat Plumbing and spoke with Brandon who was not only friendly but incredibly knowledgeable even though he isn't a technician and was able to answer all my questions and scheduled an appointment for me the next morning. The technician, Tyler, was also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable as well! His service blew me out of the water.
