Did my first liver cleanse and I am extremely happy with the results. The drink mix wasn't bad, just gulped it down. I stayed on a salad diet and nuts the whole time and added grilled chicken twice during the cleanse. I lost 7lbs!. I developed a low grain headache and minor symptoms of what felt like the flu with chills about my 3rd day in but went away the next day. I tried the soup but found it disgusting, so that went down the garbage disposal, but the salads were good, used a little olive oil and lemon for the dressing. I also ate 3 avacodo's for lunch and dinner with a little lime juice over the top. The Epsom salt drink wasn't bad, just had to chug it down. The olive oil, I added the orange juice which actually tasted ok. I had no nausea or cramps during the night. The next morning first thing I took the 6 oxy-powder capsules and about 2 hours later the flush started and the rest of the story is down the toilet ( amazing what the cleanse brings out). I feel good and energy level is up. Will definitely be doing it again.
I can not emphasize enough, how amazing Dr. Group is. This is probably THE best place to buy your vitamins and supplements. He will never use garbage fillers that most of the products contain from your large retail stores. A company even made an attempt to have the products tested in hopes that they could slander the products sold here. Truth be told, after the results were in, Global Healing Center had passed with flying colors, surpassing even California standards on most products. You will never be let down when you shop here.
