Jim & Deb deLancey are a Remax Real Estate Team that specialize in helping their clients see the full potential of a property. They love helping their clients take a blank slate and shape it in to their dream home. For their logo design, we created a hand lettered deLancey type paired with a simple modern circle element and a more traditional key element to tie in the real estate. The deLancey's have a gorgeous backyard that was even featured in publications, so we drew on that throughout the brand with a leaf pattern and imagery from their backyard photoshoot.

When 2 Crazy Gardeners Landscaping came to Grind Creative for a logo design they already had two prior logo designs under their belt. Needless to say they were apprehensive about investing in yet another logo. Gives a whole new meaning to the quote, "If you think good design is expensive, wait until you see how much bad design costs you", doesn't it? Grind Creative designed the new logo with landscaping plans as inspiration. Although the logo is reminiscent of a hand rendered illustration, it is completely vector, so scalability will never be an issue.
