The Utah Energy Conservation Coalition DBA Energy Rated Homes of Utah (UECC/ERHU) is a statewide nonprofit organization working to encourage Utah citizens to receive an "Energy Education". We encourage energy conservation in all areas of the housing industry. Energy Rated Homes of Utah works with lenders, REALTORS, builders, home buyers, sellers, appraisers, and utilities to promote affordable, energy-efficient housing throughout Utah. Through our unique membership with the Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET), we are the oldest home energy rating program in Utah.
