IEA Renewable Energy handled the EPC and Morgan Stanley financed the project which features GE 1.85 turbines. In 2013, it was acquired by Invenergy and reached Commercial Operation in September 2014. Each project has a nameplate capacity of 20 MW and provides power to Southern California Edison. The project was developed jointly with Infigen Energy and sold to Duke Energy Renewables in 2014. Swinerton Renewable Energy managed the EPC. Both projects reached Commercial Operation in November 2014. Pioneer executed a 10-year PPA with Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. in 2013.
