I bought an frx3 and the USB port does not work. I called the customer service line the lady was VERY rude. Telling me it has to fully charged I told her there are three bars I set it in the sun even put batteries in it. And it still won't acknowledge my phone being charged. She then told me to do it anyways than hung up I tried to call back she answers and doesn't say anything for two minutes I then call the Coorporate office guess who was on the other line you guess their only customer service representative. Long story short I will never use this company again and will never recommend it to anyone just because of the customer service I will be taking it back to get my money back and tell the company that Eton doesn't stand by their product.
