I called Paschall to come and assess my water heater. Joe was the technician who came out and he was great! He presesnted me with a few different service/ replacement options and at no point did I feel he was trying to up-sell me! Joe flushed out the water heater free-of-charge. I will 100% be using Paschall when we do replace the water heater and for any other plumbing issues going forward! They also came out to the house within 6 hours of my initial call which was a non-emergency. Great customer service and great knowledgeable technician!
