We're pretty lucky that our first home is a brand new one! We had never heard of Arbor Builders before our purchase so we went in a little suspicious considering the nightmare horror stories that is Hayden and HiLine homes (who dominate Central Oregon). The showroom in Bend is huge and they presented us with loads of options upon our loan approval. The floor plans and structural options are very intelligent, including the dual mini-split HVAC unit. Standard with every home. Even after moving in, the 1-year home warranty is awesome Beyond impressive.
