Ben and his staff are the best. Had an A/C issue today and they were out in 45 minutes. Problem fixed and house is cooling again! They are the BEST!

We were extremely pleased with McCullough and would enthusiasticall y recommend their services to anyone! There's never a good time for your air conditioner to go out, but especially not when your husband is deployed. I was nervous about finding a reputable, trustworthy company, and luckily, all the online reviews I read pointed me to McCullough. They quickly scheduled a same-day appointment to come inspect, and were polite and professional.
The owner explained everything to me in detail, including all the options, and then also spoke with my husband after-hours. He answered all our questions and made us feel confident in his recommendations. The next day, the technicians did a great job and finished in about half the time they had expected. The owner came by during the installation to check on everything and then stayed a few minutes after the crew left to make sure everything was in tip-top shape.
He had excellent communication with us throughout the process. Now that my husband is back in the US, he and a friend (who used to do A/C work) inspected the air conditioner, and they are 100% satisfied. We are happy to know there is such a great local company in town that we can trust and recommend to anyone who finds themselves in need. A+! Thanks, McCullough!
