They got back to us, quoted us, and installed gutters within 3 days! Great work done and easy to deal with.
I wish we could have given a better rating but the customer service is truly lacking. We received a call Tuesday that they would be at our house Wednesday afternoon to install the gutters on our home. Weather was perfect sunny not to hot and no rain. We have a fearful/ anxious pet so it was important to us to have someone home with him. Well Wednesday came, time off to be home and no one showed up and no phone call was ever made to say they wouldn't be making it to our home on Wednesday. I ended up messaging after hours to find out they wouldn't be making it to our home that day. Again no communication from the company to us. When I questioned why there was no communication to us, I was never given an acceptable answer or offered anything for our wasted time. just unforeseen circumstances at the job before us. I have a hard time believing that no one at that site didn't have a phone to contact either us or the office to contact us and let us know they wouldn't be making it that day. They did send out a crew the next morning, again more time off for us. The crew arrived and started working right away. They did install the gutters around rain showers and stuck it out until the job was done. No problems with the gutters so far. Just horrible customer service and lack of respect for the customers time.
I have been trying to get an estimate for a week and a half from All Gutter Systems with out any luck. I have talked to them three times and still nothing. They say they will have someone call you back but so far it has not happened. I had them put gutters on my last two houses and even recommended them to others. Never again! Very very disappointed.
