We paid a good amount of money to get a new chimney built because ours was very old. First time they built it it kept cracking on the outside, then the second time they came back to seal up the cracks one of the guys had a torch and had it against the house and the torch lit under the siding on fire!!!my whole house was black smoke inside we took apart our brand new wall to see where the smoke was coming from at first and then we took off some siding because we noticed it was very hot on the same side the smoke was coming from inside.

We had to put it out! Then the third time they came back fixed the damages. BUT THEN the fourth time they came they had to tare down half of the brand new chimney because it literally looked like it was falling off the house and wasnt straight. And the chimney guys who came to rebuild it said it was missing stuff it should of had on when it was first built. They left our gutters a mess filled with broken concrete that we had to clean ourselves.

Never came back to put new shingles on the roof or caps on so we did it ourselves. Called them back to see when they were coming back to repaint the new part and they said they dont paint anymore even tho we paid for that the first time!! And then the fifth time we had them come back because our chimney is clogged with broken concrete and they said it was us which it wasnt. And they didnt come back to clean our chimney.

And still to this day we are having issues burning our wood burning stove. So we are going to someone new. We are reasonable people that spent alot of money for this chimney and all we ended up with was problems and a half painted chimney.

I was very pleased with the service,work and prompt attention to my needs.They even came on Saturday night at 11PM to remedy my leaking problem until they could do the work on Monday. I highly recommend this company and their service people from the office personnel to the men who did the work.

Just completed removing Yankee gutters. House looks like new. This is the second time I have used All Pro and am completely satisfied with their work.
