Our water heater died on a weekend. Monday morning my husband called Capital. He got a real person, not voice mail. Our water heater is propane type. Capital acquired one of the size we wanted, and installed it (and removed and carted away the old one) Tuesday morning. We think that was stellar service. The gentleman who did the work was very nice and very efficient. Five stars.
