Commercial buildings, with their many different styles of construction, sizes and varied roofing materials, present many challenges for guttering systems. Ideally, as our property receives this rainwater, it provides the right amount of moisture for lawns, gardens and trees, and the excess efficiently moves away from structures, and exits our property. Your property uses many different systems to accomplish this. Roofing, guttering, yard grade, swales and ditches, culvert pipe, concrete curbs, sidewalks and driveways, even garden edging, rock paths etc can be used to direct water to the desired location. Sometimes life is not ideal! Sometimes, this movement of water over our property does not work as it should.

Sometimes, mostly on commercial buildings but occasionally residential, there will be a parapet wall that raises above the roof. The water drains through the parapet wall via a scupper. We installed these custom collector heads, at the scupper locations, and down spouted them to the ground, or lower roof, with 4"x5" downspouts.

Sometimes downspouts need routing through and under porches and decks. Mr Tim did an outstanding job dismantling deck boards, cutting holes in framing, steps and skirting, installing drain pipe, and some painting to conceal. Just turned out great. Awesome job Tim! #skiatookguttera nddrainpipes
