At LPA|A, we are committed to the highest standards of design and professional service. Design inspiration for our buildings is found in our client's program and the context of the site. Our buildings respond to current needs and future use, drawing on the principles of sustainable design, optimization of the site, and employing state-of-the-art engineering and technical systems. When you hire an architectural firm, you want to know that the team will be skilled, experienced, collaborative, and creative.
LPA|A offers a full spectrum of architectural services. From feasibility studies, to planning and programming, schematic design and construction management, LPA|A's team of experienced professionals have a long track record of successful projects of every size and type. LPA|A holds superior design as a core value. We offer the expertise of a nationally-recognized firm with a regional focus, serving the Central Massachusetts communities that we ourselves are a part of. We take an individualized approach to every project and deliver thoughtful designs that stand the test of time.
There is a lot to like here. Central Massachusetts architectural firm seeks a creative, collaborative person to join our team. A nationally recognized firm based in Worcester for 50 years, LPA|A offers the opportunity to be part of a talented professional team working on projects that positively impact our communities. There is a lot of investment and transformation underway in Central Massachusetts and LPA|A is playing a critical role. To give you an idea of the kinds of projects you might contribute to: Worcester's South High Community School and Doherty Memorial High School, higher education clients College of the Holy Cross, Clark University and Worcester State University, and other clients include the Hanover Theatre and Worcester Community Action Council.
Since LPA|A's inception, innovative sustainable design has been a cornerstone of our projects. Seeking input from the owners and users of the building, and drawing on the expertise of our six LEED accredited staff members as well as our sustainable design consultants, we arrive at the best, most cost effective ways to conserve resources, incorporate renewable energy, and minimize waste. Each project has different goals, objectives, and budgets, so the sustainable design strategies that are implemented are unique to each project.
