Started a service order with Ellsworth through our home warranty company American Home Shield. Service was supposed to commence today between 1300-1600. I waited until 1615 to call AHS to complain that Ellsworth had not shown nor attempted to call to say they would be late or needed to reschedule.
They set up an appointment for me. Never showed and never called. When I called the next day they gave no reason and did not apologize just said they knew they hadnt shown up! Horrible horrible customer service!
