On 1/16 I woke up to a portion of my kitchen ceiling becoming part of mu kitchen floor due to a water leak. Called Russo Bros & Co. and they had a service technician at my house in a very timely manner. Ed P. came in and did a very thorough job in assessing the damaged area, identifying potential causes, and then walking through how best to attack the fix in a manner that would resolve the problem at the least cause. Ed spent significant time discussing the damaged area and his approach in resolving the problem that made me feel very confident he was spot on with his assessment.
Happy to say fix was completed in very short order at a reasonable price. Would certainly use Russo Bros. in the future and would not hesitate to recommend their services to others in the future. A satisfied customer!
