Today I had Josh Brown in my house doing a complete inspection of my AC/heat system. He listened to my concerns and walk me step by step on the inspection. Explain to me on simple words how the system respond to changes on ambient. Show me the readings on his electronic devise. Took pictures on the present condition of the system in the attic and finally what needed to be done and the cost to bring the system to upmost condition. Overall he delivered exactly the info I very much needed to make the right decision for the near future. In a scale of 1-10, ten been the best Josh get a 10.
