Sleepy Hollow Bath & Racquet

Whatever your idea of recreation and relaxation may be, Sleepy Hollow Bath and Racquet (SHBR) provides something for everyone looking for some summertime fun. SHBR is a green oasis consisting of nine spacious acres of grassy lawns and shade trees that provide room for many enjoyable options beyond swimming and tennis. Members can gather together with family and friends under a gazebo and have a private party or cookout, while children can run and play in a safe, completely fenced in park-like setting with their friends.

This is used when you check in to the club, buy/use guest passes, reserve a gazebo, etc. We will send you payment receipts, party confirmations and other automated communications from here. We also use a service called MailChimp for sending newsletters. You do not need to be a member to receive a newsletter and there are no logins to this system. Upon joining all members provide an email address. The email address you submit becomes your Login ID to shbr.org. This remains your Login ID forever. Your email address can be changed (see below) but your Login ID - the email you originally provided us - never changes.

SHBR members can host a group party at the club, which can include non-members, and optional reservation of one of our beautiful gazebos for the event. To ensure adequate lifeguard coverage, any event that includes more than 6 non-members must be reserved at least 3 days in advance using the online Gazebo and Group Party Reservation form below. The gazebos are available to members at no charge, but they must be reserved in advance using the form below. There is no fee to reserve the gazebo or space, but a cleaning fee will be assessed if your area is not cleaned up.

SHBR is a beautiful location to host a summer barbecue, pool party, or tennis gathering. We have two gazebos for use by members, with charcoal grills near the pavilions as well as one up front by the snack bar. You may reserve a gazebo for your gathering but even if you do not need a gazebo, it is essential that you reserve space for any event where you have more than six non-members attending so that the manager can adequately staff the pool during that time. This is especially crucial during the busier times of the season, when days with multiple team parties, school functions, and other gatherings makes it imperative that we have enough guards on duty to keep everyone safe.
