We have been customers of Diamond Pool from their beginning over 10 years ago. They have resurfaced, replumbed, repaired & maintained our pool the entire time to our complete satisfaction. This is especially important as we are seasonal residents.

I bought a 43 year old house on Hilton Head Island .. the pool, and the spa .. held water about as well as the Titanic .. when I bought the house .. Diamond Pools was not the original contractor .. they did not build, nor maintain the pool .. they inherited the challenge, as did I.
I knew that they were not the least expensive contractor .. but .. the service they provided was so outstanding, I could not justify looking elsewhere .. subsequently, I have had friends building pools in the area that have used other contractors, and listening to the problems they had .. only reinforced my decision to remain with Diamond Pools.
If your priority is finding the cheapest contractor, then perhaps .. you should look elsewhere .. but then .. when you have problems, or when you later discover that .. there were options you were not aware of, when you built your pool, and you regret the choices that were made .. do not complain.
However, if you want hassle free, quality construction, and design at a reasonable price .. that you will not regret .. Diamond Pools and Spas is a smart choice.
Dan, Lindsay, and Autumn .. at all times .. kept me informed, and guided me through the decision making process .. they never pushed their personal preferences on me .. and their recommendations were never guided by, their profit margins .. the finished product .. was better than I could have possibly hoped for.
All decisions were made with an emphasis on long term costs, and reliability .. from that perspective .. it was decided to tear out the existing concrete deck, replace all lines, skimmers, and jets .. and put down pavers (this eliminated the persistent problem of cracking due to thermal expansion, and contraction .. and will also facilitate easy repair should there be any leaks in the future).
It was also decided that .. the old, leaky concrete spa, be converted to a planter, and a new concrete spa matching the old one, be built .. bookending the stairway down onto the pool deck.
Lindsay, and Autumn spent many hours helping me, to design a spa which would compliment the existing layout .. the finished product looks as though it was part of the original design of the property .. the new spa, could not possibly have been built, or designed any better.
In addition to their design, and construction services .. I have found their maintenance service to be outstanding .. Valerie .. my pool maintenance tech is always punctual, and professional.
Dan, Lindsay, Autumn, Valerie, and the entire Diamond Pool staff have become more than a pool contractor to me .. they made the very involved process of rebuilding a 43 year old pool, and spa a pleasure .. they have become dear friends .. if you want a hassle free experience .. an experience in which you are informed of your options, and allowed to make your own decisions .. if you want a finished product, which will prove reliable, and cost effective, in the long run .. I highly recommend Diamond Pools, and Spas
