Our pricing varies based on many factors. The main factor is size of pool. The next factor is size and type of decking you want. Other factors include adding a spa or screen enclosure. Because of all these variables its is hard to say how much until these questions are answered. We have a waiting list that helps determine lead time but because of our first come first serve policy it varies. If you are on our waiting list we can build you a pool. From the time we break ground on property until we fill pool with water our average time to build is 6 to 8 weeks.
